Name: CHAMROEUN MAK
Position: Chairman of Board of Directors

CHAMROEUN is a well-known ecosystem builder, civil society organization leader and civic-entrepreneur with over 20 years in governance and management in various sectors including banking/financial sectors, international trading companies, merger and acquisition consultancy and local and international civil society organizations.
He is a fully competent with hand-on experience in organizational development, project/program development management, capacity development, advocacy, policy formulation, investment analysis and mergers & acquisitions, as well as business matchmaking. He is a good ecosystem builder, business advisor/coach/mentor in areas of e-commerce business, AgriTech, FinTech, investment management and social enterprises.
Currently he is serving as Chairman of KO/LSE Board of Directors, Board of Directors of Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF), Board Director of Sustainable Rice Production Cambodia National Chapter, Board of Director of Smile Shop (a Leading E-Commerce in Cambodia), Independence Board of Directors and Chairman of Internal Audit Committee of GB Microfinance Institution.
He is a former Independent Director of Ly Hour Microfinance currently known as SBI LY HOUR Bank), Ly Hour Insurance, President of Khmer Youth Association (KYA), Chairman of Youth Committee for Unity and Development (YCUD) which is the coalition of 14 youth leading organizations in Cambodia, Grants Management Program Officer at Pact Cambodia, and Program Team Leader at CARE Cambodia.
Therefore, CHAMROEUN have extensive experienced in high-level advocacy for social well-being, sustainable development agenda, youth empowerment and development. He was appointed to join many high-level international forums held by international key development actors such as UNDP, UNFPA, UNAID, LEAD International UK, CIVICUS, IMF-World Bank Group, Changemaker Network Finland, IOGT International and LSU Sweden.
Name: PHIRUM CHET
Position: Board Director Member

Chet Phirum, currently he is working as Association Development lead with CAST Cambodia, he is one of founder Cambodia Aquaculturist Association (CAA)and I`m also one of founder of Cambodia Livestock Raisers Association(CLRA). At moment, he serve as board member of Cambodia Livestock Raisers Association. For livestock, he have been playing key role in regulation reform, organize event sharing new technical or technology and working with number of committee in CLRA such as pig, poultry, cattle and feed mills committee. For over 20 years, he used to working with CRS, MSME Cambodia (DAI), FAO, WFP and consultant.
Name: MONY SREY
Position: Board Director Member

Dr. Mony Srey is a public health specialist with decades of experiences in public health and international development sector. His expertise includes work on policy formulation, system, and strategic plan developments; organizational leadership and management; evidence-based advocacy; research and evaluation; and program development and resource mobilization.
Dr. Mony has worked across a broad spectrum of health programs including in HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, malaria, reproductive health, and maternal and Child Health and Nutrition. His health financing experience includes transitioning Cambodia’s health system towards increased self-reliance and sustainability under USAID’s Local Health Systems Sustainability (LHSS); and developing sustainable HIV financing policy (Policy Circular) such as cost-based analysis to generate evidence for inclusion of PLHIV in Social Health Insurance (Health Equity Fund) and IDPoor registration, analysis the role of CSO for transitioning donor fund to public financing through a social contracting mechanism, support to National AIDS Authority and government line ministries in aligning budget proposals to the Performance-based budgeting approach as required under the Public Financial Management (PFM) Reform, support to the National AIDS Spending Assessment (NAS), strategic plans focused on health financing and domestic resource mobilization under USAID’s Health Policy Plus program.
Beyond this, he has been engaged in the UNAIDS’s Readiness Transition Assessment and Sustainability Roadmap development, USIAD’s Sustainability Index Dashboard (SID) Assessment. With an MD and a PhD in Public Health, Dr. Mony has extensive experience working with a variety of donors and funders including the Global Fund, the WHO, and UNAIDS.
Dr. Mony has also significant program management experiences while he was one of the senior staff of World Vision in Cambodia and in the Regional Office. He also has been engaged in the governance roles such as current Secretary of Board of Directors of Kundamlay Organization, Deputy Chair of BoD of Korsang Organization, Chair of Health Systems Strengthening Technical Working Group of Health Activity Coordinating Committee/Health CSO Network in Cambodia.
Name: SAMPHORS VORN
Position: Board Director Member

He is the Country Director of Aide et Action/Action Education Cambodia, he play a role to leads the development and review of the Country Strategic Paper, oversees annual country program planning, and manages overall implementation to ensure high-quality delivery. They initiate specific project concepts focusing on community-driven approaches and ensure strategic engagement, partnership-building, and fundraising. The Country Director represents AEAI in various forums, staying informed about trends in education for advocacy and collaboration while promoting the organization's niche and thematic areas at national and regional levels. Additionally, they steer the annual country budget development, ensure effective budget implementation for consistent program delivery, and approve purchases to guarantee the best value for money in accordance with the procurement policy.
Name: BUNYIM YOEURN
Position: Board Director Member

Bunyim's extensive experience across various sectors has established him as a versatile leader adept at navigating complex financial landscapes. His journey from auditor to senior finance roles demonstrates a robust expertise in financial stewardship and strategic planning.
His academic credentials, including a Master of Business Administration from the Charles Stuart University and the certified trainer from the Haggai Institute, further underscore his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
As a social entrepreneur, Bunyim's initiative in founding Eden Park reflects his dedication to innovative solutions and social impact. His consultancy role at M&B Consulting Group allows him to impart his knowledge and experience to help businesses thrive.
His governance roles, particularly as the chairperson of the audit and risk committee at Samrithisak Microfinance Limited and a board member for KO/LSE, highlight his ability to oversee and guide financial integrity and risk management.
