KUNDAMLAY organization organized the Meeting of the Board of Directors

Kundamlay (LSE)’s Board of Directors attended the “Ordinary General Meeting”. OGM is always organized once per year with the attendance of all members of the organization

On 17 Dec 2023, Kundamlay (LSE)’s Board of Directors organized “Ordinary General Meeting”. OGM is always organized once per year with the attendance of all members of the organization. KUNDAMLAY had been registered with Cambodia’s Ministry of Interior in 2015. 

Tasks completed during OGM below:

-Completed the election of new members of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee at the end of the term.
-BoD reviewed and evaluated the report on the activities and financial report which have been implemented. 
-BoD endorsed LSE/KO Strategic Plan 2020/2024-2030 and its new program/business model. 
The goal of LSE/KUNDAMLAY is to promote and support sustainable locally led development (personal transformation and community cohesion) while building inclusive, effective, and sustainable chain chains (economic transformation)

Heifer’s international program work is primarily carried out by the Branch Offices, so called Heifer Cambodia and Legally Separate Entities (LSEs), so called, KUNDAMLAY in Cambodia making up Heifer's global family. Depending upon an LSE’s established role within Heifer’s global family, Heifer will use its best efforts to provide, incorporate, and undertake the appropriate combination of services, features, and project activities. To maximize the ability of Heifer’s global family to collectively carry out the Mission, Vision, and Strategy and accurately measure global impact, the LSE’s role, as well as the combination of services, features, and actions, will be determined by Heifer in its discretion—and may be conditioned upon the LSE participating in certain global systems and accepting certain global standards.
